Second-hand Marketplace Terms
SellInSales provides a classifieds, moderation and contact service. Marketplace buyers and sellers contract directly with each other.
1. Platform role
SellInSales displays listings and enables contact. Unless a listing expressly identifies SellInSales as the seller, SellInSales does not own the item, set the seller's terms, collect payment, inspect the item for the buyer, arrange delivery or become a party to the sale.
2. Seller responsibility
The seller must have the right to sell the item and provide accurate information about identity, condition, defects, missing parts, safety, price and availability. The seller is responsible for agreeing payment, handover, delivery, returns and other sale terms, and for complying with laws applicable to private or business sales.
3. Buyer responsibility
Buyers should verify the seller, inspect the item, ask about defects and included parts, keep written records and use a payment method appropriate to the risk. Never send passwords, card details or identity documents in marketplace messages.
4. Moderation and legal rights
Moderation may reduce obvious misuse but is not a warranty, inspection or endorsement. SellInSales may remove unsafe, unlawful or misleading content. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer, platform and product-safety rules.
