Returns & Withdrawal Policy

These terms explain your statutory right to withdraw from an online consumer purchase and how to return an eligible product. They apply when SellInSales is the seller; separate terms may apply to purchases from private marketplace sellers.

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Consumer Withdrawal on Online Orders

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For goods, the period starts the day after you receive the product. Tell us clearly at support@sellinsales.com before the period expires; include your order number and the product. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.

  • You do not need to give a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
  • After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
  • Not collecting a parcel is not, by itself, a valid withdrawal notice.

2. Return Intake Rules

We will provide the applicable return address and instructions after receiving your notice. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.

What the customer should be told

  • The order number and product should be included in the return request.
  • Pack the product securely and include all received accessories.
  • Keep proof of posting until the refund is complete.

What the store should document

  • You pay direct return postage when this was disclosed before purchase.
  • We refund the item and standard outbound delivery charge using the original payment method.
  • Refund is made within 14 days, but may be held until we receive the goods or proof they were sent.

3. Condition-Sensitive Return Handling

You may inspect a product as you could in a physical shop. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Open-box, discounted or sale status does not remove the statutory withdrawal right. Statutory exceptions can apply, including certain made-to-order goods and sealed hygiene goods after the seal is broken.

4. Consumer vs. Business Orders

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to consumers, not business purchases or purchases directly from private individuals. Business and private-seller listings must be identified before purchase.

A fault complaint is different from withdrawal. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or differs from its listing, use the Complaints & Faults process instead of paying return postage without contacting us.
